David Logan is an award-winning Composer and recent Hollywood Music in Media Award nominee who is a graduate (magna cum laude) of Berklee College of Music. This 8 hours course prepares the student to understand the important relationship between Audio and Video Game. Students will explore a wide variety of topics of Audio and Game related concepts. Real world examples will be brought into the classroom for analysis and discussion. In addition to theoretical knowledge students will also learn the basics of recording and producing a soundtrack and principles of sound design and sound effects editorial. Students will also learn to the necessary communication skills needed to succeed in the 21st century world of international business as well as to communicate with Audio professionals. Workflow, asset management, directory structures and naming conventions will be discussed and demonstrated in detail.
