JELENA KEVIC DJURDJEVIC

Concept Artist, Illustrator and Art Director at Sixmorevodka

Jelena Kevic Djurdjevic is an Art Director at Sixmorevodka. She worked as concept artist and illustrator on various video games and film properties and as a comic book cover artist for Marvel, Valiant and Radical Comics ...

This workshop will cover my experience, both as an artist and an Art Director at Sixmorevodka, with a strong emphasis on color and how to utilise it to advance your designs and illustrations. First day will focus on color basics and using color to enhance character designs where I will showcase my process for both client and personal work. Next day, the students will have an opportunity to work on an individual assignment and apply the principles previously discussed.
During last day, we will cover practical topics important to an artist outside of sheer artwork creation, such as applying for a job, working in a team and/or as a freelancer and importance of personal work.
