He founded The Oatley Academy Of Visual Storytelling in 2012 and grew it from a sole proprietorship into a thriving company with fourteen creatively-fulfilled freelancers and employees whose collective mission is to equip and empower Visual Storytellers all over the world to create work that inspires positive change.
